The Process

Firstly please give us a call and we can arrange a free, no obligation valuation for your home.

If you then decide to appoint us as your selling agent we will then arrange a return visit to your home to take the photographs and take the information we need to prepare your sales particulars.  Once you have approved the particulars and the photographs, your property will then be ready to be marketed. A for sale board will also be provided at this point and your home will be advertised on Rightmove.

We will then arrange viewings provide you with the feedback and once a sale has been agreed we will then instruct a solicitor of your choice or we can recommend one for you.  Once the sale is in the hands of your solicitor we will then liaise with all parties concerned to ensure your sale progresses as quickly as possible and we will not rest until contracts have been exchanged with an agreed completion date.
